These terms apply to your use of Clocknico, a service operated by ALFICOM. By creating a workspace or buying a plan you agree to them.
1. The service
Clocknico lets teams track time and manage clients, projects and tasks. The workspace owner is responsible for the users they invite and for the data entered in the workspace.
2. Free trial
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with all Pro features. No payment details are required for the trial.
3. Plans and payment
- Pro is priced per user and billed monthly or yearly, in advance, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
- You enter your workspace code at checkout; we activate the paid period for that workspace after the payment is confirmed.
- Plans do not renew automatically. Before your paid period ends, buy a new period to keep using Pro.
- If you add more users than you paid for, please buy the additional seats.
4. Refunds
If Clocknico is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund. After that, payments for the current period are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other workspaces, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend workspaces that break these rules.
6. Your data
You own the data you put into Clocknico. You can export your time data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
7. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Clocknico available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce important changes on this page before they take effect.
