Straight answers.How does the free trial work?
Create a workspace at app.clocknico.com and use every Pro feature for 14 days with your whole team. No credit card is needed. When you are ready, buy a plan here with your workspace code.
How is the price calculated?
Pro is priced per user. Choose monthly or yearly billing and how many people will track time. Yearly billing is cheaper per month.
What is a workspace code?
It is the short name of your company in Clocknico (for example "acme"). You choose it when you sign up and your team uses it to log in. Enter it at checkout so we know which workspace to activate.
How is our data protected?
Every company gets its own separate database — your data is never mixed with anyone else's. Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS and your team can sign in with Google.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. Add people any time in the Team section of the app. If you go over the number of users you paid for, simply buy the extra seats here.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by PayPal. You'll get an invoice by email and can see all your orders under Billing & orders.
